Community Enhancement Services
Senior Service
Provides seniors 55+ with resources, information and workshops on fall prevention,
living trusts and other health related issues to imporve their quality of life
Employment Related Serivces
Provides referrals to employment and provides soft skill training.
Community Service Referrals
We provide and maintain a current list of resources availble in San Diego County
to meet the emergent needes of the population ACT services.
Intergenerational Services
Youth work with the seniors in the community to gain awareness.
Advocacy
We advocate for change when private and or public systems fall to adequately service
the needs of community members.
ACT Transportation Strategies
Senior Transportation
We provide transportation services for seniors 60 and up to medical appointments
and social activities utilizing current and future resources.
Medical Transportation
Transportation is provided for community members and youth to medical appointments
utilizing current and future resources.
Community-Based Transportation
Transportation is provided for community members and community groups to social
and civic events.
Youth Transportation
Provides transportation to youth in the Greater San Diego area for duration of time
specified in the funding proposal response.
Work Related Transportation
Provides tranporation to community members to employment sites.
